2. WhatsApp Policy Compliance
You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies, including:
- Obtaining explicit consent before sending messages to end users
- Respecting user opt-out requests immediately
- Using only approved message templates for promotional content
- Not sending messages to users who have not opted in
- Following WhatsApp's business and commerce policies
3. Content Standards
All content sent through the Service must:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Not contain hate speech or discriminatory content
- Not promote illegal products or services
- Respect the privacy and rights of others
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
